Release spam without the need to login

Messages can be released directly from a link in the email, so there’s no need to login. This saves users from the hassle of logging in to their console and sifting through the full list of messages in the quarantine.

Easily add good senders to “allow” list

Once a message is released and the confirmation screen is shown, a user can add the sender’s address to their allow list, so messages from that sender are never held in quarantine again.

All email traffic reports include data for inbound as well as outbound email traffic. If an individual is using their email address in an abusive manner you can quickly find the perpetrator. This helps to ensure that your IP reputation stays healthy and doesn’t get bogged down by spam classification.

Handy 2-click quarantine release

If a message gets held in quarantine, users can quickly log in and release the message to their inbox. We have a quick release feature, which shows the top 25 latest messages in quarantine. This feature lets users scroll through the latest email tagged as spam, and lets them release messages in just 2 clicks.
